This is a wholesale site only. If you have a retail outlet or would like to re-sell these items, please place your orders with us. All orders placed must have an Australian ABN number.

·  Accepted Payment Types - EFT(Direct Deposit), PayPal, Cheque(Goods dispatched after clearance), 30day Account(conditions apply)

·  NETT 30 Days on invoice after a Credit Application has been filled out, returned and approved.

· A 2% Discount is applicable for payments received before the 30 days period. ***Not applicable to items on special

· A 2 % interest is charged for payments NOT received in the 30 days.

· All items shown DO NOT include GST.

· Freight is charged at the minimum rate and is payable by the customer at the current courier rates. We use Australia Post or Road Transport., whichever is cheaper. If you wish to use your own freight company, please do let us know. Goods are normally not covered by insurance unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without  prior notice.

· Aromascents Wholesale undertakes to supply goods of merchantable quality. Goods with manufacturing defects can be returned provided Aromascents Wholesale are notified in writing of the said defects WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECIEPT OF GOODS. Faulty goods are not accepted after 7 days or without prior notification and their approval for return. Faulty goods will be exchanged if in stock, otherwise credit will be issued. Please quote original invoice number with return

· All items not currently in stock are backordered unless otherwise stated.

· Orders usually take 3-4 days to process, however if you need any items urgently, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Should your account exceed our trading terms and be passed over for collection, all costs including agencies commissions, solicitors fees and any other out of pocket expenses are the liability of the customer.
  • All goods remain the property of Aromascents Wholesale until the account has been settled.
